Environment variables
The main environment variables of a RE:GINE deployment.
Every variable is documented in .env.example. The main ones:

LLM_PROVIDER | ollama (default), anthropic, openai or gemini. |
LLM_MODEL | Provider-specific model. Default qwen3.6:latest. |
OLLAMA_BASE_URL | e.g. http://host.docker.internal:11434. |
ANTHROPIC_API_KEY / OPENAI_API_KEY / GEMINI_API_KEY | Shared provider keys. |
AUTH_DISABLED | 1 to bypass auth (dev only). |
OIDC_ISSUER / OIDC_CLIENT_ID / OIDC_CLIENT_SECRET / OIDC_AUDIENCE | OIDC authentication. |
OIDC_TOKEN_AUTH_METHOD | Token endpoint client authentication: client_secret_basic (default) or client_secret_post; must match the IdP's registration. |
API_TOKEN | Static bearer alternative to OIDC. |
SETTINGS_SECRET_KEY | Key encrypting stored settings (Fernet). |
GHIDRA_MCP_AUTH_TOKEN | Empty on loopback; set it if the Ghidra REST port ever leaves its network namespace. |
GHIDRA_MCP_PUBLIC_URL | Raw Ghidra MCP bridge URL shown in the UI. |
MAX_UPLOAD_MB | Upload cap in MB (default 200). |
ENABLE_DYNAMIC_ANALYSIS | 0 for safe mode (no emulation or debugger). |
TAG | Registry tag for compose.release.yml: latest, nightly or vX.Y.Z. |
SEARXNG_SECRET | Required by SearXNG. |
After a
ghidra-mcp restart the project survives on the volume but the in-memory program list is empty. The web UI reloads it automatically when you open a job.
