Use RE:GINE as an agent-to-agent skill provider.

The AgentCard is served at http://localhost:8080/.well-known/agent.json. It advertises 5 skills, each with tags and example prompts for downstream routers:

ghidra_direct_access

REST, MCP and A2A all hit the same pipeline; a per-job WebSocket streams the agent's thoughts and tool calls live.
